Helltrain Terms of Use
Effective date: 21 October 2026

1. Publisher and acceptance

Helltrain, Android package fr.helltrain.helltrain, is a mobile game published by Ludovic Marion, under the name Tapagaille Studios, as a personal, non-professional project. Contact: luluvroumette012@gmail.com. Publication director: Ludovic Marion.

The website and these documents are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Under Article 1-1 II of the French LCEN applicable to non-professional publishers, the publisher's complete identity and personal contact details have been provided to the host and are not displayed publicly. OVH's address is the host's address, not the publisher's correspondence address.

By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Mandatory Google Play terms also apply to its download and distribution.

2. Game and licence

Helltrain is provided free of charge, with no account or in-app purchases. It may offer optional rewarded video ads. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the game privately, in accordance with the law and these terms. No ownership in the game is transferred to you.

3. Permitted use

You must not bypass the game's protections, cheat using third-party software, disrupt its operation, extract or reuse its assets, attempt unauthorised access to its services or those of its providers, or use the game unlawfully. Rights expressly granted by law, including interoperability rights, remain unaffected.

4. Saves, advertising and data

Progress and settings are stored locally on the device; uninstalling the game may delete them. A rewarded ad grants the stated benefit only after its viewing has been validated by the advertising provider. Ad unavailability never blocks the game. Data processing, including by Google AdMob, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Age

Helltrain is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. If the law in your country requires a legal guardian's permission to accept these terms, you must obtain it before using the game.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its code, text, graphics, audio and distinctive signs are protected by applicable laws and belong to Ludovic Marion or their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences, available from the game's “Credits and licences” screen.

7. Availability, updates and discontinuation

We may fix, balance, expand or update the game. An update may be required for continued use. We may suspend all or part of the service for technical, security, legal or economic reasons, with reasonable notice where possible. The terms accepted at the time of use apply; material changes will be notified before they take effect where notice is legally required.

8. Warranties and liability

We use reasonable efforts to provide a safe and functional game, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or the absence of defects. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by an incompatible device, unauthorised modification, a third-party service or an event outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory warranties, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law, disputes and contact

French law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. No exclusive court is imposed: you may bring a claim before any court having jurisdiction under mandatory rules. Before taking action, you may contact us at luluvroumette012@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution.
