Helltrain Privacy Policy

1. Publisher and local data
Helltrain is published by Ludovic Marion. Contact: luluvroumette012@gmail.com. No account is required. Progress, settings and records stay on your device and are not sent to the publisher's server. The year of birth asked at first launch (answering is optional) also stays there and is never sent. Clearing app data deletes them; uninstalling may also delete them. Android may restore some data depending on backup settings. If you share a postcard or code, your chosen app and recipients receive it.
2. Advertising and choices
Google AdMob rewarded videos are optional. Its SDK may send Google IP addresses (approximate location), advertising, device and, where applicable, account identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Communication may occur at launch and during preloading, before you watch an ad.
Advertising depends on the age given at first launch. From 13 to 17, or with no answer, no consent form is shown. Ad requests receive Google's stricter protection for users under the age of consent (CHILD treatment and TFUA), without personalised advertising or remarketing. This conservative rule applies to everyone under 18 without changing the game's target audience. Under 13, the advertising SDK is not started and no video is offered. Only the protection level is sent to Google, never the year of birth.
From 18, where required by law, consent is requested before processing that depends on it. You can refuse or withdraw it in “Settings > Privacy: my ad choices”. Depending on your choice and region, limited ads or no ads may be available. Non-personalised ads may still use trackers. Refusing does not block the game. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android.
3. Responsibilities and retention
Ludovic Marion is your contact for processing within his responsibility. Google and partners listed in the form may receive advertising data. Their own purposes, retention periods, international transfers and safeguards are described in Google's Privacy Policy, its partner-app information and retention policy. SDK communications are encrypted in transit.
Consent is the basis for advertising processing that requires it. Strictly necessary operations rely, depending on their purpose, on service performance, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest compatible with your rights. Contact messages are used to answer your request and kept while it is handled, then only where a legal obligation or the defence of rights justifies it.
4. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Email us: we will handle requests within our responsibility and direct you to Google where necessary. You may complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
5. Minors and changes
Helltrain is intended for people aged 13 and over. A year of birth indicating under 13 turns off all advertising; with no answer, the protections for ages 13 to 17 apply. Your country's consent and parental permission rules still apply. Contact us if a child's data was processed without required permission. We will update this policy if the game's practices change.
