Ludovic Marion (Tapagaille Studios)
Document in preparation: the legal status of the activity and the publisher’s correspondence details still need validation.
1. Scope
These terms cover The Herbarium of the Forgotten, package com.herbierdesoublies.jeu, published by Ludovic Marion (Tapagaille Studios). Contact: luluvroumette012@gmail.com. The game is for personal use. The Android release is in preparation; this page announces no public availability.
2. Audience and fiction
Intended audience: 13 and up, subject to local ratings and rules. Minors need the permissions required from their legal guardian. Plants, poisons and remedies are fictional gameplay, not health, botanical or consumption advice. Do not imitate these practices.
3. Access and saves
This is a single-player game with no account, chat or delivered in-app purchases. The story works offline; optional ads need a connection. Saves are local. Uninstalling, losing a device or deleting files can erase progress. No studio server restore is offered.
4. Rewarded videos
Ads never automatically interrupt the story. An optional video can grant cash drawer coins up to 20, add an item to buy at the caravan or grant a previously cultivated plant. Rewards require the provider’s reward confirmation; closing before confirmation grants no bonus. Offers have limits and may be unavailable, especially offline. Test ads do not represent production revenue.
5. Rights
Game elements retain their respective rights; Godot, fonts and third-party resources keep their licences. Installation permits personal use, not commercial redistribution of files or impersonation of the studio. Legal exceptions and open-source licences remain applicable.
6. Updates and guarantees
The game may receive fixes. We promise neither an absolute absence of defects nor permanent ad availability. Nothing excludes statutory guarantees, mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Privacy and disputes
See the privacy policy for local and SDK processing. Contact luluvroumette012@gmail.com about problems. French law applies subject to mandatory rules and consumer rights in your country of residence. These terms impose no exclusive court. Translations are provided for convenience; mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
