Ludovic Marion (Tapagaille Studios)
1. Publisher and contact
This policy covers The Herbarium of the Forgotten, published by Ludovic Marion as Tapagaille Studios. Contact: luluvroumette012@gmail.com. It describes the Android game and its advertising services; the website has its own legal notice.
2. Local game data
There is no game account or studio save server. Progress, language, volume and settings are stored on your device. Android backup of these files is disabled. Uninstalling removes local data. There is no chat, online leaderboard or precise location feature.
3. Advertising SDKs
Three optional rewarded video offers cover the cash drawer, caravan and cutting. There are at most three per real day, with individual limits. The game uses Poing Studios AdMob 5.1.0, Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen 1.4.0 and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses (approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google SDK transfers use TLS encryption. There is no Firebase or separate analytics SDK. Test builds use Google demo ad identifiers.
4. Advertising choices
In version 1.0.0, you can configure videos or continue without them before the game initializes the ads SDK. You can change this in Settings. Hiding offers prevents new ad requests from the game; it does not erase data already processed by Google or unload an SDK already running. If videos are enabled, UMP checks the choices required in your region and offers a way to revisit them where applicable. Refusing does not block the story. Even non-personalized ads can process technical data.
5. Teenage audience
The intended audience starts at 13 and is separate from the store rating. Version 1.0.0 asks for a neutral age group stored locally without a birth date: under 13, 13–15, 16–17, adult or no answer. The game does not start its advertising flow for under-13 users or no answer. For ages 13–17, it sends Google teen and under-age-of-consent treatment flags, disables ad personalization and caps ads at PG; the age-group text itself is not sent to Google. Applicable legal permissions are still required. Version 1.0.0 uses production ad units. Availability depends on applicable choices, connectivity and Google approval.
6. Retention and recipients
Local save files remain until deleted. Google processes advertising data under its own policies, retention periods and applicable choices; this page promises no single retention period. Google describes the recipients and international transfers involved. The studio does not receive your save files. Aggregate advertising reports do not replace Google’s obligations for the data it processes.
7. Your requests
Contact luluvroumette012@gmail.com. Sending support email voluntarily shares your address and message so we can respond; avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and withdraw consent. Use Google’s privacy tools for its data. Android lets you reset or delete your advertising ID. You may complain to the CNIL or your local authority. There is no game account to delete.
8. Updates
The date above identifies this version. Changes to SDKs or monetization may require an updated policy and renewed advertising choices.
