These terms explain the rules for using Fuzzlums: Match & Save (the "game") on Android. They are written for parents. By installing or using the game, you accept them, for yourself and for your child.
1. Who publishes the game
The game is published by Ludovic Marion (Tapagaille Studios) (individual). Contact: luluvroumette012@gmail.com.
2. The game
- The game is free. It has no purchases: nothing is paid for, not to remove the ads, not for the season, not for coins or stars.
- It is funded by ads from Google AdMob: an ad may play between levels, at most once every three levels won. The player can also choose, on a button marked "Ad", to watch a video to get a reward shown in advance (for example 5 extra moves or 1 extra life). They can always say no.
- There is no account, no sign-in and no chat: players cannot talk to each other.
- Progress is saved on the device. It is lost if the game is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
3. For children and their parents
The game is made for children aged about 5 to 9 and their families. A parent or responsible adult accepts these terms for the child and guides them in using the game and the device. The Parents' corner (Settings, then Parents' corner) gives access to the privacy policy and to the ad settings.
4. What you may do with the game
We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive right to install the game and play it for your private use, on the devices you use. You may not:
- copy, sell, rent or distribute the game, its pictures, sounds or texts;
- modify or decompile it, or get around its protections, except where the law allows it;
- use it to cheat automatically, or disturb how it or its ads work.
These rules come in addition to the Google Play terms, from which the game is downloaded.
5. Coins, stars, lives and boosters
The coins, stars, lives, boosters, chests, gifts and friends in the game are only earned by playing or by watching a video the player chose. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or refunded, and may change with game updates.
6. Ownership
The game, its characters (the Fuzzlums), its world (Fuzzland), its pictures, music, sounds and texts belong to the publisher or to those who licensed them. The name "Fuzzlums: Match & Save" and the logo may not be used without our written permission. The licenses of the fonts and libraries used are provided with the game.
7. Updates and availability
We may improve the game, change its levels or rewards, or stop it. We do our best for it to work well, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. Ads depend on Google and may sometimes be unavailable.
8. Liability
The game is provided free of charge, as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, nor for the loss of the progress saved on the device. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives to consumers.
9. Personal data
The game asks for no personal information. What happens to the technical information used for ads is explained in the privacy policy, on this same website and in the game (Settings, then Parents' corner, then "Privacy").
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update this page and its date. If the change is important, we say so in the game's store listing or in the game before it applies.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the rules of your country that cannot be set aside. If there is a problem, please write to us first: we will look for a friendly solution. Failing that, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
